What do the Psilocybin Experience, the Mycelial Network, and the vegetable Romanesco all have in common?

Similar to the mycelium network, where the intelligence of the mushroom kingdom influences the whole, the natural fractal pattern of a Romanesco builds upon itself. It is a wonderfully ornate vegetable sometimes called “romanesco broccoli”, but actually it’s in the cauliflower family. (continued, bottom of page)

Humans have long sought transformative and healing experiences, often turning to nature for guidance and solace. The intricate networks of mycelium, the vegetative part of fungi, symbolize interconnectedness and the foundation of life’s complex ecosystems. Just as mycelium breaks down organic matter and facilitates new growth, psychedelic experiences can catalyze profound personal transformation and healing.

Romanesco, with its fractal patterns and striking appearance, serves as a reminder of nature's artistry and the order that can emerge from chaos. The interplay of structure and randomness in both mycelium and romanesco mirrors the journey many undertake during psychedelic therapy. Psychedelic therapy creates a nurturing space where clients can confront and integrate their past traumas and fears, much like how mycelium supports the regeneration of the environment around it. What is Collaboration at EPIC Healing / Radiant Heart?

At EPIC Healing Eugene and Radiant Heart Consulting, collaboration is a cornerstone of our approach to psilocybin therapy. We understand that a transformative experience goes beyond a single session; it requires ongoing support, connection, and integration into daily life.

Our process begins with thorough preparation, where we engage participants in meaningful conversations to tailor their experience to their individual needs and intentions. This collaborative planning sets the foundation for a deeper and more impactful journey. During these sessions, our skilled facilitators create a safe and nurturing environment, allowing participants to explore their inner landscapes with support and mindfulness.

Following the experience, we implement integrative practices that extend well beyond the session itself. Our team works closely with participants to help them make sense of their journey and apply their insights to their everyday lives. This involves our free offered group integration circles (held online), one-on-one integration sessions, and community resources that foster continuous growth and healing including our YouTube videos.

Three hours of individual preparation
Two hours of individual integration
Supportive, facilitated journey with psilocybin - typically around 6-8 hours (no time-limit)
Twice monthly preparation groups - optional and at no additional cost
Twice monthly integration groups - optional and at no additional cost
Our Pay-It-Forward Fund to help clients with limited means. EPIC and Radiant Heart have been donating 5% of our revenue since inception. Thank you for your contributions - everything helps, the need is great.
Expanded services at select licensed service centers. This means our Radiant Heart Consulting facilitators are cross-trained to work at service centers where we rent rooms.

“Journeys” Documentary Filming in Oregon

Take 2! - Cathy and Heather got interviewed for the “Journeys” Documentary this month that likely will appear in some 2026 Film Festivals. EPIC Healing, some other service centers, and folks from other states are being interviewed. Hopefully, clips of our interviews will be included. In any case, it seems like a great documentary is being created and will be worth seeing! And we had fun!
